Process Servers can login with multiple agency login and download jobs assigned to them
Take or upload photos with GPS and exif and submit the jobs serviced as service attempt or complete the service
If offline the serviced jobs saved on queue and when you are online you can upload the the jobs with photos or videos taken
Process server get account details from web from different agencies.

None. It is only useful for process servers.
4. How do users obtain an account? They set up usernames and passwords in their software and this app calls up the location they specify to get a list of their open jobs and submits photos and GPS to them.
5. Is there any paid content in the app and if so, who pays for it? For example, do users pay for opening an account or using certain features in the app?
No. There is a fee to subscribe to the independent server which the app also talks to but for free they can just put in the location of their own software and it will communicate directly with it at no cost.
6. What is the purpose of the app?
This app is for process servers to take a photo when they go out to serve a summons. It records their GPS and also records the attempt or completion information and pushes it back into the independent server - or their own software. This lets them prove they were at the address at the date and time they alleged they were.
